Flipkart Group’s revenue grew 18.2% in 2025-26 to ₹1.45 lakh crore, up from ₹1.23 lakh crore a year earlier, while its consolidated net loss narrowed only slightly, by 2.1% to ₹8,468 crore from ₹8,646 crore.
In March, the last month of that year, the company finished moving its holding structure from Singapore back to India, ahead of a possible listing at home. The group includes Myntra, Cleartrip and its logistics and platform services businesses.
Better margins, same bottom line
Flipkart said gross margins rose 23% over the year and adjusted EBITDA improved by about ₹1,500 crore. Its adjusted operating margin moved from minus 7.7% to minus 5.4%, and adjusted operating losses shrank by about 17%.
The net loss barely moved because finance costs nearly doubled to ₹1,209 crore from ₹649 crore. The company also pointed to the write-off of deferred tax assets from earlier years and some exceptional items. Flipkart said the results “provide a historical view of the business rather than a current trading update”.
Total expenses rose 16% to ₹1.54 lakh crore. Buying goods for resale remained the biggest cost at ₹1.17 lakh crore. Logistics and storage charges climbed 28.9% to ₹15,154 crore, more than half of all other expenses, while employee costs were nearly flat at ₹8,376 crore.
Marketplace arm in the red
Flipkart Internet, the company that runs the consumer marketplace, saw revenue fall 19.3% to ₹16,295 crore. Its loss widened to ₹5,498 crore from ₹1,694 crore, on restated figures for the earlier year.
